Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The Promoter of this prize draw is Rhi Lowri Photography. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Prize

The prize is one (1) £125 digital gift card to be used for photography services from Rhi Lowri Photography.

The gift card is subject to the standard terms and conditions of my gift cards, which are available here.

The gift card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize is non-transferable.

The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.

The photography session must be completed within the 12-month validity period, and is subject to the photographer's availability.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

(i) Follow the Instagram account @rhilowriphotography.

(ii) Like the specified giveaway post on Instagram.

(iii) Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

Each comment will count as one (1) entry.

Sharing the giveaway post to an Instagram Story and tagging @rhilowriphotography will count as one (1) bonus entry. The profile must be public for the share to be seen.

Multiple entries are permitted.

4. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

This is a free prize draw and no purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize Draw Period

The prize draw opens on 11/09/2025 at 18:00 BST.

The prize draw closes on 20/09/2025 at 18:00 BST.

Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. A random comment picker tool will be used to ensure a fair and impartial selection process.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) and announced on the Promoter’s Instagram Story within 48 hours of the prize draw closing.

The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data (specifically their Instagram handle) for the purpose of administering the prize draw.

The winner's name may be published publicly on the Promoter’s social media channels and/or website.

The Promoter will not use the personal data of entrants for any marketing purposes unless separate and explicit consent is given. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will be deleted after the conclusion of the prize draw.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw at any time without prior notice if it becomes necessary.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are lost, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise invalid due to technical or other reasons.

The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc.

By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

10. Governing Law

This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
