Hey, my name is Rhi! Thanks for stopping by.

My journey to finding my passion for photography was a winding one. After exploring many different paths in life, I realised that my camera was the one constant, and that my purpose was to use it to tell stories. My mission is to ensure no one is missing from their own story.

I believe the most beautiful photos are the ones that are real and authentic. That's why my approach is less about stiff, awkward poses and more about documenting your genuine connection. I specialise in capturing the candid moments - the laughter, the quiet glances, and the messy, beautiful chaos of family life. My background as a teacher also gives me a unique skill set for working with children, ensuring they feel comfortable and have fun so we can capture their true personalities.

When you book a session with me, you can expect an experience that is fun, relaxed, and completely stress-free. I will gently guide you and give you simple prompts, but my goal is for you to just be yourselves and enjoy the moment. Together, we will create a beautiful visual story that is as unique and authentic as you are.

FAQ

01. How do we book you?

To book your session, simply fill out the contact form on my website to make an enquiry. I will liaise with you to understand your vision for your photoshoot and find a suitable date and time. I will then request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your session. This can be paid easily when booking through my booking site or through a simple online invoice, sent via email. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your final gallery.

02. WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU?

My goal is always to make the experience fun, relaxed and stress-free. I will gently guide you to enable us to capture you at your very best. If children will be present during your session, please rest assured that they will be in very capable hands, as I am a practicing teacher who is very used to working with them! Most people are nervous before a session and feel awkward in front of the camera at first (me included!), but I can absolutely guarantee that those nerves will dissipate and you will thoroughly enjoy your session with me. I am silly enough for all of us which will immediately put you at ease.

03. WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR SESSION?

Most importantly, you should wear something that makes you feel gorgeous, comfortable and confident. I recommend choosing a colour palette that ultimately fits your vibe and personality, but doesn't take away from your beauty. Think muted tones and avoid busy patterns and distracting logos. Layers and subtle accessories are always a great idea to add variety. When we discuss your vision, I can better assist you with my recommendations. I'm absolutely partial to a Pinterest board if you are!

04. HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FINAL IMAGES?

I use a platform called PixieSet throughout my entire workflow, client gallery included. Once the images are selected by you, I professionally edit them and upload them to PixieSet when they're ready. You will be notified via email and you will receive a password to access your private gallery and a PIN to download your images. You will have the option to download them in high resolution or in web size. I suggest downloading both options to multiple locations, like your phone and your computer. Within your gallery, you also have the option to order prints that are sent directly to your door.
