Terms & Conditions

• My gift cards are physical cards and digital products. You have the choice to receive a physical copy and have this sent to you at an additional cost.
• The photography session must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be extended beyond this period.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards can be used to pay part or all of a photography session.
• All photography sessions are subject to my availability and must be booked in advance. Purchasing a gift card does not guarantee a specific date or time. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange your session.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, including any remaining balance.
• Any remaining balance can be used towards a new booking.
• It is the client's responsibility to remember to use the gift card code during checkout.
• Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase, starting the day after you receive the gift card. This right to cancel is lost once the gift card has been redeemed or used, in part or in full.
